At the Fight Club, we offer a Ladies fitness program which is an effective way to lose weight properly and quickly. Our Ladies program offers cardio kick boxing, ultimate fitness conditioning, squat squad and boxing classes. The classes are fantastic for both new students as well as advanced students, the design of class allows everyone to work out at their own level without the fear of slowing anyone down. The sessions are developed to have you in, warmed up, get an intense, work out and be done within an hour. In all of our women's only physical fitness classes there is no fear of ever , they are not fighting or martial art classes, they are strictly fitness based.

Our cardio kick boxing class is an extraordinary training session that shows students to properly punch and kick while learning self defense simultaneously. Along with individual exercises in class on the bag there are also partner workouts which include kicking and punching pads where your partner holds. The class moves at a fast pace in order to guarantee that you are burning a high number of calories while toning and strengthening your entire body. The boxing class, much like our kick boxing class, shows you how to hit the heavy bag. All of our coaches who teach the classes are also expert muay thai fighters and their coaching style is based on their own workout exercise for when they are getting ready for a fight. The boxing and kick boxing class are more cardio based classes focusing on burning calories, where as the squat squad and conditioning boot camp class are more strength exercises with weights. The strength building exercise centers on using free weights, bar bells, sleds, agility ladders, etc. These classes not only help builds muscles, but also help with increasing your stamina.

Unlike the other three classes offered in the girls wellness and fitness program, the squat squad class concentrates on an extraordinary lower body exercise. The class focuses on the leg muscles along with your butt. Squat Squad is a weight lifting class that helps tighten up your butt and enhance your legs. Although the class moves at a less quickly pace it is still an amazing exercise. At WFC there is also co-ed MMA program classes provided where you can really focus on learning self-defense in our Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.
The classes in Ladies fitness program are designed to burn anywhere between 700-1000 calories per class. We have women who come and reach their goals of losing 120lbs and those who have reached their goal planning to lose 20-30 lbs. At WFC we not only offer group sessions but we also have one on one training sessions along with weekly meal plans offered to all members.
